ā˜ļøTherefore, today we would like to share with you a super vitamin salad with spinach and pumpkin seeds.ā €

šŸ„—Ingredients:ā €

Salad:ā €

šŸ’š1 pack of spinach (125g)ā €

šŸ’š1 cup of frozen green peasā €

šŸ’š1 pepper (green, red, yellow or orange, whichever one you prefer) - 1 piece of fresh cucumberā €

šŸ’š50g of pumpkin seedsā €

šŸ’š50-70g of parmesan cheeseā €

šŸ„£For the sauce:ā €

šŸ§”2 tablespoons of olive or pumpkin oilā €

šŸ§”1 clove of garlicā €

šŸ§”1 teaspoon of Mustardā €

šŸ§”Juice of 1/2 a lemonā €

šŸ§”salt, pepper, to tasteā €

šŸ‘©ā€šŸ³Preparation:ā €

šŸ‘ŒRinse and dry the spinachā €

šŸ‘ŒBoil the green peas for 5 minutes and rinse them with cold water once done.ā €

šŸ‘ŒCut the bell pepper into stripsā €

šŸ‘ŒCut the cucumber into half ringsā €

šŸ‘ŒLightly fry the pumpkin seeds so they become more aromaticā €

šŸ‘ŒGrate Parmesan cheese on a fine graterā €

šŸ‘ŒFor the sauce, combine pumpkin seed/olive oil with mashed garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustardā €

šŸ‘ŒPut all the vegetables in a bowl and pour over the sauce, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and cheese and serve.ā €
