Recommend crushing in a cup, not chewing and not taking it all at once... Swallow quickly and wash down with warm water... Tastes horrific and it lingers, especially if chewed... Don't recommend taking after food, it may reappear... Seems to work well enough as a cleanse...

A lot of people may not like it because of the bitterness, taste and size. I was reading through some of the reviews and i agree with one that says to drink something like orange juice and cut it into smaller pieces. I also try to separate those smaller pieces into crumbles if that makes sense.
